Description

Longpass dichroic filter with a 507.5 nm (± 3.0 nm) cut-on wavelength, greater than 95% average transmittance from 515 nm to 950 nm, greater than 98% average reflectance from 350 nm to 500 nm, and a steep cut-on edge transition. This dichroic filter is designed for use at a 45 degree angle of incidence (AOI). It is coated on a 1.04 mm fused silica substrate and is 25.2 mm x 35.6 mm (± 0.1 mm) in size. Alluxa longpass dichroic beamsplitters are designed for use with our fluorescence excitation and emission filters to increase fluorescence instrument performance, resulting in bright, high contrast images of target molecules.
