Description

ULTRA Series longpass dichroic filter with a 494 nm (± 3.0 nm) cut-on wavelength, greater than 95% average transmittance from 500 nm to 600 nm, greater than 98% average reflectance from 350 nm to 488 nm, and an exceptionally steep cut-on edge transition. This dichroic filter is designed for use at a 45 degree angle of incidence (AOI). It is coated on a 1.04 mm fused silica substrate and is 25.2 mm x 35.6 mm (± 0.1 mm) in size. Alluxa ULTRA Series longpass dichroic beamsplitters are designed for use with our fluorescence excitation and emission filters to optimize fluorescence instrument performance, resulting in bright, high contrast images of target molecules.
