New Record Quarter and Continued Expansion

Greetings Friends, Colleagues and Customers of Alluxa,

I’m pleased to announce another record quarter in Q3 of 2018, which is our 22nd record of the last 23 quarters and 11th in a row. To support our expected future growth and continue to enable R&D and surge capacity, we are continuing the previously announced expansion, and began construction on our 15th and 16th SIRRUS™ plasma deposition chambers. Our 40,000 square foot factory has room for up to 28 chambers, which will allow us to keep pace with the increasing demand for our optical coatings and filters. The factory expansion will also allow us to continue to enable an aggressive new product development and R&D schedule.

Check out our very own Peter Egerton’s contributions to the article “Better Filters Yield Better Sensor Performance” published in the August 2018 issue of Photonics Spectra.

For those interested in Lidar and its many applications, mark the date and come to our invited talk, “Optical Filters for LIDAR”, at the 62nd Annual SVC Technical Conference, April 27 – May 2, 2019 in Long Beach, CA.

Mike
